The Goliath Hardsuit (#34721)

* Entities for hardsuit and helmet, graph and crafting recipe; modifies goliath hide drop rate

* Added hardsuit sprites, corrected some crafting YAML

* fixed crafting recipe, adjusted resource requirements

* Added durathread material req
