* Nerf Firelock electronic prices

- make firelock electronics price half of the input cost to make one
(27) rounded up

* Why does firelock make glass?

- remove the Physical composition of glass from
FirelockElectronics as the input does not contain glass
and the output cannot contain half a steel and plastic
