Improve lathe queue performance (#38583)
* Use an actual Queue
* Store ProtoIds instead of prototypes
* Network as NetListAsArray
* Remove Serializable & NetSerializable from LatheRecipePrototype
* Convert CurrentlyProducing too
* No point using NetListAsArray<T> if you're going to .ToArray() it anyways.
