Subject: [PATCH] Cleans up ClothingShoesBootsMagSyndie in magboots.yml
 (#28653)

* Remove Explosive Component from ClothingShoesBootsMagSyndie

* Makes BaseJetpack a parent of ClothingShoesBootsMagSyndie

* fix boots in hand looking like jetpack bug

* make syndicate magboots child of magboots
