Subject: [PATCH] Epinephrine Antihistamine effect, Histamines not radioactive
 (#37460)

* Added Epinephrine antihistamine effect when at least 45u. Removed Histamines causing Radiation damage.

* Indentation fixed

* had coffee, able to see how to fix indentation now.
